Very satisfied with the good experience of staying at very clean, comfortable, especially clear and fresh air conditioner. And could enjoy the Japanese restaurants and cafes with a 3-minute walk from this hotel. I will forever remember that the view of the western Kobe area came to my eyes like a picture through the room window.

Usually try to avoid big chain hotels however was glad we tried this one. Firstly this super nice guy at the hotel entrance was very helpful & polite giving us a carpark right at the front door of this huge hotel! Checked in & our room was very very spacious well apointed & with a gorgeous view. This hotel is away from main Kobe area but very close to the train station & a shopping mall. Room was on a high level have included a pic from the room. It had all the usual Japanese ammenities inn the bathroom as well as suit/jacket spray, shoe shine, fridge all the body wash/hair gel/ toothbrushes etc you could ever need.Two very big comfortable beds a very enjoyable stay.

There was a soft serve ice cream machine on the buffet!! It had a wide selection of food and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. There was also a pool, with a jacuzziand gym on the 6th floor. For 1,100 yen you could spend the day there. The second floor had direct access to a convenience store.

The hotel has good access to the public transportation and shops and restaurant. The room has good space.

The Hotel staff was friendly and professional. The restaurants offered a variety of food choices. The location is good for local interests with many shops and restaurants very close.

Our room was big and spacious. There was enough closet space and amenities. the beds were comfortable ..we also had an extra sofa bed which was also very comfortable. The location was quiet, which was just what we wanted.

Clean hotel room, comfortable and big enough for 3 people. 2 double beds, 1 single bed and bathroom, incl. amenities. It was exactly as it looked in the photos. Close to the trainstation, restaurants and shops. Car parking 800 Yen/24 hour rate
